Please contact the owners to confirm rates for your requested dates. All booking rates are in pound sterling.
- 3-night minimum booking
- Each additional person added to the booking is charged a fee of £30 per night.
- A total maximum of 8 persons per booking.
- Cleaning service £74
- A security deposit will be charged at the time of booking (for breakables/damages) but will be fully refunded 48 hours after departure from the villa
A fee of £74 will be charged if the property is not left clean/tidy on departure from the villa (taken from the security deposit)
If you need to cancel your booking for whatever reason, this must be done a full five days in advance before check-in time (or 3.00 p.m.) for a refund i.e. if check-in is on a Friday, cancellation must be done by the previous Sunday before check-in.
Less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fee for the remaining nights will be refunded.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
